Rockford Hills (City Hall) – We the Executive team are pleased to announce the reorganizing and reopening of the pardon commission. Since the beginning of our term we have strived diligently to reopen the pardon commission aimed at enchanting the clemency process in a manner that allows dedicated fairness and proper communication.
As part of our initiative, the pardon commission will now accept new applications for clemency. This revamped application is designed to be more transparent and allow a faster response time. We, the Executive, recognize the importance of providing second chances for those dedicated to personal growth, and it is our goal to ensure that all applications are reviewed thoroughly and impartially.
